Swivel snap in the handle allows you to secure your dog to a tree or other stationary item. Can also be used as a standard snap lead. Rust resistant nickel-plated hardware includes a swivel snap on the end, the handle and a floating ring in the main body of the lead. Welded hardware. When not using the lead, the ring in main body allows you to wear it over your shoulder bandoleer style not rolled in your pocket. They have a chain on the end with a floating ring and two clips.
